Patch is the world's first organic adhesive strip, it is a natural approach to wound care and has been designed to be 100% biodegradable. Patch uses composting technology which means that once the patch and dressing have served their purpose they will naturally break down over time.

We are so excited to introduce you to PATCH, the world's first organic adhesive strip which is a natural approach to wound care and also 100% biodegradable. It is the most sensitive and natural wound care alternative on the market.
One thing that has always been a bit of a frustration is the fact that plasters, even the fabric ones, contain plastic, or are wrapped in plastic, or come in a plastic container. They also commonly contain irritants that can cause skin reactions on sensitive skin.
PATCH strips are made with soft organic bamboo fibre and gauze with hypoallergenic Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA). Their PSA formulation is made from a combination of natural minerals and Nano technology (think tiny suction cups) to gently adhere to the skin without causing reactions.

Slight burns or blisters, PATCH Aloe vera is the perfect first aid patch because the aloe vera in the plaster has a calming and soothing effect.
PATCH NATURAL
PATCH strips without added ingredients. If you want to treat a simple cut, then PATCH Neutral is the right patch for you.
PATCH COCONUT OIL - KIDS
PATCH enriched with coconut oil was specially developed by use by the kids. With a beautiful panda design and the coconut oil being perfect for children’s sensitive skin. Also suitable for newborns!
All PATCH wound care strips are hypoallergenic and perfect for those with sensitive skin.

Why is this product eco-conscious?
PATCH has the following environmentally friendly components:
From the first production in 2019 the biodegradable plastic on the strip covering was replaced with Paper. The paper backings PATCH are now in circulation which now makes PATCH 100% compostable, meaning everything can go into the compost bin.
The Tube is made from recycled cardboard. The bandage is made from 100% certified bamboo fibre and mineral based Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) will all break down and compost.The colouring on all items is natural.
Ingredients, materials and product packaging
Materials:
PATCH is made from biodegradable and recycled materials that don’t cost the earth. The strips can be thrown away in the soil and broken in a matter of weeks. They are also compostable, all PATCH strips can be thrown or buried and won’t leave a trace. For sterility and to meet strict medical criteria, each plaster is encased with compostable rice paper on one side and biodegradable plant based plastic on the other.
